God created marriage PERIOD!

Marriage was instituted by God, He created it. Divorce and separation were created by man and allowed by God in certain situations. I listened to a sermon earlier this week that tried to tell me that divorce was instituted by God and that divorce didn't actually mean "divorce" in the Bible. I have such a hard time believing people when they try to look at the Bible, which was divinely inspired by God, as a theology or science project.

God created marriage, period. God is never changing, humans change -- we can change for better or for worse, but I hope that as a believer in Christ, you're changing for the better We all have a crazy amount to learn about our lives as a spouse, but it is oh so beautiful and worth it when we allow the Creator of the Universe to mold and mend our hearts into His good and perfect will.
