In Arkansas, where the couple married, the covenant marriage law allows for couples to agree up front that they will seek counseling before a divorce could be granted.

 What is sad in my opinion is that IF you are called by His name (being a Christian)
THIS SHOULD BE THE NORM!! A Covenant Marriage (1st ONLY) is a Vow before God and Witnesses.
