Some just need a month to month of help. Hand UP not a hand Out. Some may loose their homes, can't pay a bill, need an unspoken need met, Have a health dental or eye need met that Ins doesn't cover. Perhaps its even to help meet a need that they have for temp. housing or something for their children since they didn't get child support or alimony (Yes, it today's world this IS happening).
