Without TRUE repentance there is no forgiveness of sin! Without true repentance there can be no true conversion! Without true repentance there can be no life in Christ! Without true repentance you will die in your sins! So why is repentance NOT being preached/taught today?
Many people today are offended by the truth of Gods word, they get offended by you preaching the truth! They get easily offended if you preach on repentance, holiness and hell. But those are the lukewarm and unbelievers because the true believers have the truth! True Christians hold on to the word of God, they believe the word of God and don't dismiss it! Jesus is coming back soon! Many don't believe that Christ is really coming! Many don't believe in hell. satan has many fooled, his time is short. Jesus said unless you repent you will perish. Christ taught repentance, he taught on hell. Christ said if your right hand offends you cut it off! What is Christ telling us? Christ is saying what ever is causing you to sin, get rid of it!!! (including your own hand if it causes you to sin, or your eye) why? because Christ knows its better to get rid of the thing(hand, arm, eye, etc) that is the cause for your sin so you may enter heaven! If your right hand is the blame, get rid of it, its better to eneter heaven blameless than to lose your own soul in hell. But many don't read the scriptures and take them seriously. I can tell you unless you take the bible seriously ((the whole word)) not some of the word, and unless you repent you will never see heaven! Christ said only a (((FEW))) will enter heaven. Many pastors don't preach the whole word to their congregation that's why when we bold brethren preach the whole counsel, the bold word, people get offended, why? because truth offends them? why? because its foreign to them, truth becomes a strange language to them because they know not the truth, for they hear not the truth! Truth is not being preached/taught today! Truth is what sets us FREE!
The RAREST thing we hear today is TRUTH! We barely hear sermons on Repentance, Holiness, Sin, Hell, Born Again, The Blood of Jesus, The Cross, The Wrath of God, Judgment, Sound Doctrine, To Deny Your Self and Take Up Your Cross and Follow Jesus, God is a Consuming Fire, The Fear of The Lord, God Hates Sin, True Repentance, True forgiveness, To Work Out Your Salvation with Fear and Trembling, etc.!
Today's Modern day preachers will teach/preach a modern day message, a message that will never point you to make change, or change the direction your going in, if your in sin, for most of today's modern day churches are run by satan! How will you know that you are in a place that is not teaching you the whole truth? Just listen to what is being preached in your church, if its only talk about blessings, and Gods got your back, without pointing you directly to the Cross, without pointing you directly to Jesus, without pointing you directly to repentance and to chase after holiness, to pursue a life of holiness and righteousness, then RUN FROM THAT CHURCH!
In Today's world SIN is accepted, but in Heaven NO sin is accepted!
If truth is not taught/preached, then we will end up with a lost generation, a generation that is on its way to HELL!
REPENTANCE, HOLINESS, AND TRUE CONVERSION (TRULY BEING BORN AGAIN) IS NEEDED TO ENTER HEAVEN! JESUS WARNS US IN Matthew ch 7: 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. JESUS WARNS US AGAIN IN Luke 13:24 (((Strive))) to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
SOUND DOCTRINE IS CRITICAL! WE MUST ENDURE SOUND DOCTRINE! If your church is not teaching the truth found in Gods holy word, if they fail to bring sound doctrine then what your listening to is doctrines of demons/devils!
Repentance brings freedom! Repentance allows us to come into a real relationship with God through HIS one and only Son, Jesus Christ.
Jesus never said to live your best life now! Jesus never said it was going to be easy to live the Christian life! In fact living the Christian life is hard, but you must focus on the cost and the prize! Living your best life is NOT the Christian life! So if your living your best life now on earth, I urge you to REPENT and Believe the Gospel! Turn from your sins (repent) and turn to Christ!
Heaven awaits those who have truly repented! Heaven awaits those who love Jesus, those who are on fire for Jesus, those who are sold out for the kingdom of God, those who are sold out for the Lord Jesus Christ, and for those who loved and endured sound doctrine!
Hold fast to Christ word! Don't get deceived in the last days! Follow the true written word of the holy bible!
